The new summer collegiate Martha's Vineyard Sharks unveiled a team logo today, complete with the iconic shark fin and colors to match Martha's Vineyard High School's athletic teams.
"We think it's a great look, and getting our new logo out in the community is another step toward building the excitement for the 2011 season," Sharks general manager Jerry Murphy said.
A hat logo and other marks will be unveiled shortly. Souvenir merchandise with the new logo will be available for purchase at Sharky's Cantina in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, and at Sports Haven in Vineyard Haven.
