Senior and Alumni Survey from Martha's Vineyard Regional High SchoolSeniors should attend 7-8 classes in the building for the entire year? Seniors should only take in-building classes for the first semester with a non-classroom component added for the second semester? If seniors take a new component for the second semester it should be a portfolio system or senior project where they would work on their own and hand in a portfolio or present and defend a project at the conclusion. Seniors should do an off site mentorship or work study the second semester. Senior year should be left as it currently is Senior year should be changed from how it is presently I have noticed a difference in concentration during the second semester by seniors Most seniors lose interest after they are accepted to college I have noticed no change in seniors during the second semester I have noticed some change, but they deserve it they have worked hard to earn a break The way we organize the senior experience is outdated and does not prepare students adequately for the self motivation required in college and the workplace We should have an open campus for seniors We should eliminate learning centers for seniors We should eliminate all learning centers and have students booked for eight class sections We should abandon class rank for seniors and use a nomination system for valedictorian etc. Test Pilot (3.2) is Copyright ©2002, ClearLearning, All Rights Reserved. |
