Blake James Richards, 38, of Nashua, N.H., died suddenly and unexpectedly on Feb. 7. Formerly of Martha's Vineyard, Mr. Richards was born and raised in Hamilton. He was the beloved husband of Valerie Cini Richards and father of Cameron James Richards, 3 years old.
In addition to his wife and son, Mr. Richards is survived by his parents, James J. Richards and Shireen G. Richards of Hamilton; his brother Kent Richards and his wife Rachel Richards and their two sons Josh and Jake of Georgetown; and William L. Cini and Marcia Mulford Cini of Vineyard Haven.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, Feb. 15, from 6 to 8 pm, at the Farwell Funeral Home, 18 Lock Street, Nashua, N.H. Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 11 am, at Immaculate Conception Parish, 216 E. Dunstable Drive, Nashua, N.H., with interment to follow at 1:30 pm at Hamilton Cemetery, Rt. 1A (Bay Road), in Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the non-profit Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Inc., P.O. Box 150, Sanibel Island, FL 33957 or your local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (S.P.C.A.). Arrangements are in the care of the Farwell Funeral Service, (603) 882-0591.
