Obituary : Paul J. Fantasia
Paul Joseph Fantasia, 57, of Oak Bluffs, who died on July 2, was loved by many for his humor, commitment, and his generosity of spirit. Affectionately known as "Fanta" or "Paulie" to those closest to him, he will be sorely missed by his life partner, Susan Tirabassi, of Oak Bluffs; his brother, Anthony Fantasia, of Sudbury; his brother, Robert Fantasia, of Watertown; his sister Maryanne Fantasia Taylor, of Pepperell; his extended family, and this loving community of close friends.
In lieu of funeral services, a memorial celebration of Paul's life is planned for Saturday, Sept. 6, at his house on 61 New York Avenue in Oak Bluffs, from 4 to 8 pm. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their memories.
