Slammin’ Sam — Girl tennis champ
Thirteen-year-old Samantha Potter of Oak Bluffs, claimed the championship title in the 14-and-under division of the Cape Cod Tennis Championship tournament at the Mid Cape Racquet Club, South Weymouth, last weekend.
She defeated the second seeded player 6-0, 6-3. Samantha is an eighth grader at the Oak Bluffs School. She trains at Vineyard Youth Tennis.
