Submissions : Obituary

The Times provides this form to help families submit information directly to the newspaper. The form requests basic obituary information, but you are not limited to the information we ask for. The Times welcomes personal information about the deceased, from professional pursuits to hobbies to education. Short, revealing anecdotes are also welcome.

The information will be used to prepare an obituary to be published on the next available publication date. All information is subject to verification and editing by The Times staff.

Obituary information may also be submitted by fax (508-693-6000), mail (PO 518, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568) or brought to The Times office on Beach Road, Vineyard Haven (across from the ArtCliff Diner).
