Pay Tisbury Water Works bills to avoid service shut-off

Tisbury Water Works (TWW) customers with delinquent accounts must pay them in full by Monday, October 15, to prevent water service shutoffs. Accounts not paid will be terminated on Tuesday, October 16, and subject to a $60 fee.

After payment is made in full, service will be restored to delinquent account holders during regular business hours only, from 8 am to 3 pm on weekdays.

The TWW adheres to Massachusetts General Laws and does not shut off water in homes occupied by a seriously ill person or an infant less than 12 months. In a case of serious illness, the TWW requires written verification by a physician. For infants, verification of age with a birth certificate is required.

The TWW office at 400 West Spring Street is open 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. There is a drop box mounted on the building next to the front door. For more information, call 508-693-3100.
