To the Editor:
So, how about we ask our local governments to authorize citations and fines for people who leave their yard and garage sale signs up long after the event has come and gone. It could certainly be considered littering, and since we already have the culprit’s address, it should be a fairly simple Monday morning task that could generate a little revenue and dramatically clean up our street corners.
