A first-place prize was among the seven awards won by Falmouth Academy students at last weekend’s Massachusetts State Science Fair at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. Students from 86 schools displayed and discussed their projects before 400 judges.
First place: Carlo Bocconcelli. Second place: Alex Kania; Katie Armstrong. Third place: Emma Stillman; Tasha Garland; Christie Brake. Honorable mention: Rob Eder, Ethan Altshuler, Sam Cox.
