The Children’s Trust honors Marney Toole of Martha’s Vineyard Family Center

The Children’s Trust, the state’s leading family support organization, recently honored Marney Toole, Family Network/Family Services Coordinator at the Martha’s Vineyard Family Center, in recognition of her exemplary work in family support, according to a press release.

Ms. Toole received the third annual Frances Litman Leadership Award. It is named for the late member of the Board of Directors at the Children’s Trust who was an advocate for children and families and a professor at Wheelock College.

Ms. Toole has worked for over 11 years at the Martha’s Vineyard Family Center, which has been funded by the Children’s Trust for nearly 20 years. Martha’s Vineyard Community Services operates the Family Center.
