On April 11, American Legion National Commander Michael D. Helm presented Jo Ann Murphy, the Dukes County Veterans Services director, with the American Legion Citation for Meritorious Service from the National Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation Commission at the National Commanders testimonial dinner in Marlboro.
