To the Editor:
We want to thank the Tisbury police, EMTs, and the hospital emergency room staff of doctors and nurses who all came to our rescue Monday night, June 29th.
Our dear friend Richie Santos had a heart attack and died. For his sake, it happened so fast.
It is comforting to know that these professionals are so well prepared to care for us in an emergency.
They all worked together with one mission to accomplish, but it was Richie’s time to go home to his friends and family. He is now at peace.
We are sincerely thankful to everyone who responded to his emergency.
