Oak Bluffs library book sale a wowser


To the Editor:

The Library Friends of Oak Bluffs thank the community for making our annual Book Sale this past week a rousing success. The Library Friends thank Director Sondra Murphy and the library staff for their assistance and support throughout the year. Additional thanks to the Oak Bluffs Council on Aging, offices of the selectmen and town administrator, Brian Kennedy and crew from Dukes County Sheriff’s Department, the VFW, Jim’s Package for boxes, local media and shops for publicizing our book drives and sale, and our neighbors who donated so many wonderful books and shopped enthusiastically.
