Goodbye to my patients

To the Editor:

It is difficult to believe, but I have been practicing on Martha’s Vineyard at Vineyard Complementary Medicine for nine years now. The time has flown by. It has been an honor and a pleasure to care for so many patients, their families, and to serve in this incredible community. Therefore, it is with mixed emotions that I share this news with you. With the upcoming birth of another baby in December, I have decided to simplify my practice and focus on my family. I will be consolidating my practice to one location, in Plymouth.

With regards to transition of care, I will continue to see my established patients until August 18. After this time, we are fortunate to have Holly Norton, Doctor of Chiropractic, at Vineyard Complementary Medicine. She will be available to take over my caseload moving forward. Please know that anyone, either existing or former patients, is always welcome to come see me in the Plymouth office when your travels take you off-Island.

Even though I was raised in Alabama, I feel as if I “grew up” on the Vineyard. The Island holds a special place in my heart, and it is difficult to adequately express my gratitude, but I would like you to know that I will never forget your kindness, as well as the trust that so many of you put in me to take care of you. This has been a very special place for me, and I will truly miss you all.
