California musician Phil Cody will come to the Vineyard next week for a number of intimate Island performances. On Tuesday, August 23, the Cincinnati-born folk-rock singer will headline the WMVY Porch Concert Series from 6 to 7 pm at the Harbor View Hotel. He’ll also be featured in a live-studio performance and interview with MVYRadio, and might even make a nighttime appearance at The Ritz. Mr. Cody has released a number of albums since his debut in 1996, and is touring venues in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Tennessee this summer in preparation for his performance at the Americana Music Festival & Conference in September.
