Healthy Aging MV will host its annual meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 5, at the YMCA Alex’s Place, from 9 am to 12 pm. The event is free and open to all. Bill Novelli, co-chair of the board of directors for the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care, will speak about advance care planning and the importance of having discussions with family and physicians to establish healthcare proxies. Novelli is a professor in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and is the former CEO of AARP.
