The West Tisbury library hosts opportunities for food and fun this April break. Activities are free and open to all. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a mature caregiver.
Through Friday, April 19, the library hosts drop-in family crafts and young adult crafts each day from 10:30 am to 4 pm. Free soup and bread are served for lunch in the community room during spring break from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm, all ages are welcome. From 1 to 3 pm, there will be a family-friendly film screened in the community room and a teen movie in the young adult room.
On Saturday, April 20, the library hosts its annual Spring Egg Hunt at 10 am sharp, rain or shine. Gather outside the front entrance to the library, and bring your own basket for gathering eggs. After the hunt, there will be a tissue-paper egg family craft in the children’s room.
