On Tuesday, July 30 at 4:30 pm at the West Tisbury library, all are invited to an afternoon screening featuring an art documentary. According to a press release, the feature film tells the story of an ordinary couple — a postal clerk named Herb and a librarian named Dorothy — who loved art and amassed an impressive contemporary art collection which they later donated to museums around the country. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
This event is in conjunction with the art exhibit of Elizabeth Langer, on display throughout the month of July in the library’s Community Room.
