On Saturday, August 17, from 12:30 to 3:30 pm, Bison on the Vineyard will host a panel discussion and seminar about voting rights issues leading up to the 2020 presidential election at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Oak Bluffs.
The panel includes a series of experts in law and policy: Dean of Howard University School of Law Danielle Holley-Walker, U.S. Rep. Gregory Meeks (New York, 5th District), former president of the National Bar Association Juan R. Thomas, and New York Attorney General Letitia James. The panel will be moderated by former president of the National Bar Association Kevin Judd.
Bison on the Vineyard is a group of Howard University law school alumni that hosts cultural events every summer on Martha’s Vineyard.
