Moving on


To the Editor:

After many years of being the chef at La Soffitta, where I made many friends and acquaintances, I have decided to pursue other opportunities. What makes that possible, and gives me encouragement, are the relationships I’ve developed over the years with customers, my base, and team. I am deeply grateful for my association with La Soffitta. I look forward to seeing many of you again soon.
