On Monday, November 18 from 5 to 6 pm at the West Tisbury library, building performance engineer Marc Rosenbaum of South Mountain Company will give a presentation on how schools can save energy, save money, and be part of the climate solution. According to a press release, Rosenbaum will discuss how the Plainfield, New Hampshire elementary school became one of the most energy efficient schools in the country, while solving moisture issues, poor air quality and comfort, and high fuel costs. There will be a discussion on how we can help move our Island schools in the same direction. This event is presented by the Island Climate Action Network. Free and open to the public.
