Grab a sheet, cut out some eyeholes, and ride your broom over to Oak Bluffs for some Halloween fun. Circuit Avenue will be bustling with fun and friendly activities, including a costume contest, a kids’ costume parade, a pumpkin-carving contest, and much more. Saturday, Oct. 28, 12 to 3 pm.
