    -High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
    -Demonstrated written & oral communication and collaboration skills.
    -Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    -Ability to pass a general background investigation and assessment on attitude towards DV/SA.
    -Must be willing and able to complete an acceptable 40-Hour DV/SA Advocacy Training upon hiring.
    -Training will be available for any qualified candidate.
