    The Sexual Assault (SA) Advocate is under the supervision of the DV Program Coordinator. The SA Advocate provides direct and indirect services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
    SALARY RANGE
    $34,840.00 - $43,748.00
    PRINCIPAL DUTIES
    Assists in carrying out the goals and objectives of the SA and DV program.
    Refers victims to appropriate service agencies and other resources. Provides supports for victims via access to support services, re: safety planning and short-term counseling. Provides Court and/or Hospital Advocacy.
    Provide crisis intervention to victims of SA/DV, addressing immediate and long-term needs.
    Provide victims information on legal services available for their protection, safety and support. On-call availability for crisis intervention & advocacy as needed.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
    Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
    Must have demonstrated written & oral communication and collaboration skills.
    Must Possess strong organizational skills, strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
    Must have a clean, valid Massachusetts driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
