The Vineyard Preservation Trust and Oak Bluffs Association will host a fun and festive Halloween party at the Flying Horses Carousel. Families and kids of all ages are invited to enjoy rides and games, and partake in some sweet treats. There will be a parade starting at 2 pm, and a costume contest at 2:30 pm, as well as plenty of games, popcorn, prizes, and cotton candy. Saturday, Oct. 25, 1 to 4 pm. Free. 15 Lake Ave., Oak Bluffs.
