The Vineyard Cribbage Club has cool swag, including baseball caps and t-shirts, and they subscribe to magazines produced by the American Cribbage Club. —Dena Porter

The Cribbage Club met on Sept. 16, with 24 members showing up to compete for the winning card. The results are as follows:

First, Alan Michaels with an 11/5 +103 card

Second, Jack Silvia with an 11/5 +89 card

Third, Ray Lincoln with a 10/5 +72 card

Fourth, Byram Devine with a 10/5 +50 card

Fifth, Mary Alice Russell with a 10/4 +44 card

Sixth, Frank Fenner with a 9/4 + 56 card

We had two 24-point hands, played by Alan Michaels and Kathy Kinsman. Frank Fenner and George Giosmas had the rare 23-point hands, and 14 people rang the bell as they got skunked (a loss greater than 30 points).
