The under-11 boys’ MV United soccer team shut out Westport here, 5-0, to go 3-2-2 on the season.
The U-12 boys applied the whitewash to Freetown — Lakeville, 2-0, and remain unbeaten, 7-0.
The U-14 boys edged Oceana here, 3-1 to stay clean, 8-0.
The U-16 boys have won seven against no losses. Sunday they topped Nantucket here, 9-2, on goals by Jacob Lawrence (3), Martin Aranzabe (2), Jack Roberts, Cane Araujo, Chris Serpa, and Charlie Pikor. Credited with assists were Roberts (2), Kip Cooperider, and Felix Reagan.
The U-18 boys tied Nantucket 1-1. They are 3-2-2 on the year.
Two weeks ago, the U-14 boys scraped by Dartmouth there, 1-0, on a goal by Yannick Gonsalves off a penalty kick by Ben Poole. A week later the U-14s bested Oceana here, 3-1. Ben Poole and Brandon Dwane scored and an “own goal” was scored off a shot by Poole.
