Sassafras, a nature-based education program, offers new programs involving include sensory exploration, naturalist skills, earth-based knowledge, plant life, while providing a safe learning environment for children and adults. It is located on Church Street in Aquinnah.
Saturday Squirrels begins this Saturday and will continue weekly from 10 am to 6 pm. The group spends the day outside doing activities that build connections to nature and learning skills for making shelters, fires, tracking, and observations, and more. Admission is $50.
