To the Editor:
I am writing to thank you for your support of the Island Spelling Bee. It was an honor to represent the West Tisbury School this year, and although I did not win the Island Bee, it was a lot of fun trying, and my school and classmates were very supportive. I congratulate Olivia Jacobs for winning the Island Bee and wish her the best of luck in the National Bee in Washington. Lastly, the gifts you gave the school’s winners were neat and thoughtful. I hope to see you again next year.
