BravEncore, a non-profit fundraising organization that supports high school performing arts, hosts a fundraiser Thursday, April 29, at the Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown to support the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School’s theatre troupe’s trip to Festival Fringe in Edinburgh, Scotland, this August. Billed as the world’s largest performing arts festival, a total of 17 students from the Island plan to perform.

A silent auction begins at 6 pm, followed by a live auction and music by Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish. Appetizers, a pasta station, and a cash bar will be available. Tickets are $30 per person. Advance tickets are available at Bunch of Grapes in Vineyard Haven, Our Market in Oak Bluffs, or Vineyard Complementary Medicine in West Tisbury.
