Sustainable Book Club returns
Due to popular demand, the Sustainable Book Club resumes meetings next month. The club is an Island-wide book group that reads and discusses books that examine relationships with nature. Started in 2008, and returning from a hiatus in 2009, it’s sponsored by the Martha’s Vineyard Library Association, Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, The Trustees of Reservations, and other Island conservation organizations. For those who are interested, the next book is “Dawn Light” by Diane Ackerman; so make sure to finish it by the next meeting on Wednesday, May 12 at the Chilmark Library.
