Linda C. Francis, lifelong resident of Oak Bluffs and a resident of Falmouth Care and Rehabilitation Center for the past six years, died on Friday, July 2, at the Cape Cod Hospital.
She was born on September 1, 1957 in Oak Bluffs, the daughter of Manuel and Mary (Martin) Francis. She was the mother of Felicia Taylor; sister of Susan Fauteux; and the grandmother of Ariana Bianchi.
Linda was a longtime worker at Tony’s Market in Oak Bluffs.
There was a graveside service held on Tuesday, July 6, at Sacred Heart Cemetery located in Oak Bluffs officiated by the Rev. Michael Nagle.
She was known to many on the Vineyard and loved by many. Many fond memories of her will be left with friends and family. She will always be remembered for her beautiful personality and kindness. There will never be another mother as amazing, strong, and caring as she was. She will always be in our hearts and in our minds. We love you.
