Dear Colorful Spandex Pants Bike Man, you’re really getting on my nerves. [The writer, of course, is not addressing the editor who does not wear Spandex. Ed.]
As you may have noticed, the Island is kinda busy during August, lots of cars and all. Having said that, I would like to ask a favor of you. While riding on the roads of the Island, turn your head with that pretty flame-adorned aerodynamic helmet, slightly to the right. If you see a nice paved path next to the road, that is called a bike path. May I suggest you use it.
You’re killing me. Not to mention putting yourself in harm’s way.
