Cheesemaking class with Culinary Experiences


The next Culinary Experience offered by Jan Buhrman and Kitchen Porch Catering is Cheesemaking: American Artisan, this coming Monday, Oct. 4, from 9 am to 1 pm. Learn about the history of American cheesemaking through talks, tastings, and hands-on activities including making two different types of cheese as part of your lunch. Discuss pasteurized versus raw milk in making cheese, prepare a plate of American cheese that you will taste to learn about characteristics and pairings.
