Tamar Y. Russell of Leominster and Edgartown is to be married to Teddy Brown of Leominster on May 26. Ms. Russell, a graphic designer and owner of Sitka Creations, is the daughter of Cecilia and Ewing Russell of Bowling Green, Kentucky, formerly of Lafayette, Tennessee. Mr. Brown, executive sales manager at Norm Wagner Toyota in Lancaster, is the son of Benvinda Brown and the late Theodore Brown of Scituate.

Diane St. Pierre of Oak Bluffs is happy to announce the engagement of her daughter, Amanda M. McIsaac, to Andrew W. Noska, son of Gary and Pam Noska of Clifton Park, N.Y. Amanda’s grandparents are Raymond and Lorraine St Pierre of Edgartown. A September 2013 wedding is planned.
