Epic (PG)

This animated, parody film features a voice cast with Colin Farrell, Amanda Seyfried, Christoph Waltz, and Josh Hutcherson. They are probably the strongest part of the negatively reviewed film. See for yourself this weekend.

Fast and Furious 6 (PG-13)

The sixth in the action series. Hobbs now finds himself asking Dom and his crew to go to London to help him take down a team of mercenary drivers who operate in over 12 countries. Action packed from start to finish. Starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, and Michelle Rodriguez.

The Great Gatsby (PG-13)

The fourth American movie adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic 1920s novel; the first was a 1926 silent film. A Fitzgerald-like, would-be writer leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922, an era of loosening morals, chasing an unknown ideal. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Joel Edgerton, Carey Mulligan, and Tobey Maguire.

The Hangover Part III (R)

The third in a well-worn series. If you liked the first two you may like this one. When one of the group is kidnapped by an angry gangster, the Wolf Pack must track down Mr. Chow, who has escaped from prison and is on the lam. Starring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis.

The Internship (PG-13)

“Wedding Crashers” duo Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn team up again in this comedy as two out of work salesmen who have to compete as interns in a tech company in order to score a job. They must compete with a group of young, tech-savvy geniuses for a shot at employment. Starring Rose Byrne, Owen Wilson, Dylan O’Brien, Vince Vaugh, and John Goodman.

Iron Man 3 (PG-13)

The third in the series starring Robert Downey Jr. as the comic book inspired action/adventure/superhero. Also starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, and Rebecca Hall.

Man of Steel (PG-13)

Superman returns when a young journalist is forced to confront his secret extraterrestrial heritage and Earth is invaded by members of his race. Starring Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, also starring Michael Shannon and Russell Crowe.
