At the Edgartown Bridge Club on April 7, six pairs competed. Finishing first were Warren Morse and his partner Gail Farrish. Tied for second were David Donald and Sue Collinson and Ency Fokos and Anita Persson.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven on April 8, six pairs competed. Finishing first were Bill Blakesley and Cecily Greenaway. Tied for second were three pairs: Gerry Averill and Simmy Denhart, Warren Morse and Art Spielvogel, and Michel Riel and David Donald.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on April 10, 10 pairs competed. Finishing first were Dan and Nancy Cabot, followed by Sue Collinson and Barbara Besse in second, Joan Perrine and Diana Dozier in third, and Gail Farrish and Warren Morse in fourth.
