Cape Cod Healthcare announced that Cuda Women’s Health Center in Hyannis and Seifer Women’s Health and Imaging Center in Falmouth have each received three-year full accreditation from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), a program of the American College of Surgeons.

Accreditation by the NAPBC is only given to those centers that have voluntarily committed to provide the highest level of quality breast care, according to a press release. Accredited centers undergo a rigorous evaluation process and review of their performance. During the survey process, the center must demonstrate compliance with standards established by NAPBC for treating the full spectrum of breast disease.
