At the Edgartown Bridge Club on Monday, Nov. 10, 11 pairs competed. Finishing first overall were Mollie Whalen and Joe Ashcroft, followed by Bea Phear and Sue Collinson in second, John O’Keefe and Carol Whitmarsh in third, and Mary Sullivan and Diana Dozier in fourth.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 10 pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Joe Ashcroft and Mollie Whalen, followed by Barbara Besse and Sue Collinson in second, Dan and Nancy Cabot in third, and Gail Farrish and Warren Morse in fourth.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on Thursday, Nov. 13, seven pairs competed. First place went to Sue Collinson and Bob Iadicicco, followed by Barbara Bess and Carol Whitmarsh in second, and Mollie Whalen and Joe Ashcroft in third.
