At the Edgartown Bridge Club on December 15, five pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Molly Mattoon and Judy Cronig, followed by Bea Phear and Sue Collinson in second.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven on December 16,10 pairs competed. Finishing first overall were Bea Phear and Simmy Denhart, followed by Sandy Lindheimer and Barbara Besse in second, and Carol Whitmarsh and John O’Keefe in third. Tied for fourth place were Dan and Nancy Cabot and Warren Morse and Gail Farrish.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on December 18, eight pairs completed. Finishing first were Sandy and Michael Lindheimer, followed by Dave Donald and Rich Colter in second, and Dan and Nancy Cabot in third.
