Get Fit in ’15 with boxing

As part of Oak Bluffs library’s Fit in ’15 initiative, a yearlong program designed to keep Islanders focused on their fitness goals all year, Matt Cancellare will be hosting a boxing workshop on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 1 pm at the library. If you’ve been putting off your resolution, or have ever thought of picking up some boxing gloves, now is the time. Boxing is known to relieve stress and anxiety, release mood-enhancing endorphins, and improve self-confidence, creativity, memory, and sleep.
