At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club in Vineyard Haven on March 24, eight pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Dan Cabot and Carol Whitmarsh, followed by Colleen Morris and Art Spielvogel in second, and Sue Collinson and Barbara Besse in third. Results were also reported for the game held on March 17. With five pairs competing, Gerry Averill and Anita Persson finished first, and Dan Cabot and Ken Judson finished second.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on March 26, nine pairs competed. Finishing first were Gerry Averill and Simmy Denhart, followed by Sue Collinson and Barbara Besse in second, Dave Donald and Rich Colter in third, and Barbara Silk and Bea Phear in fourth.
No results were reported for the March 23 game in Edgartown.
