At the Edgartown Bridge Club on Monday, March 30, seven pairs competed. Finishing first were Barbara Silk and Dave Donald, followed by Carol Whitmarsh and Judy Cronig in second, and Bea Phear and Sue Collinson in third place.
Results were also reported for the March 23 game, with two teams of four competing in a head-to-head match. The winning team included Bea Phear, Sue Collinson, Anita Persson, and Caroline Baum.
At the Martha’s Vineyard Bridge Club on Tuesday, March 31, eight pairs competed. Finishing in first place were Barbara Besse and Sue Collinson, followed by Dave Donald and Michel Riel in second, and Bea Phear and Simmy Denhart in third.
At the Island Bridge Club in West Tisbury on Thursday, April 1, seven pairs competed. First place went to Robert and Ency Fokos, followed by Dan and Nancy Cabot in second, and Gerry Averill and Simmy Denhart in third.
