This Saturday, April 11, the Martha’s Vineyard Community Services Connect to End Violence will sponsor the third annual Sexual Assault Awareness Walk at the Ocean Park gazebo in Oak Bluffs at 11 am. Your participation in the event will help mark April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and show support for survivors in our community. Registration starts at 10:30 am, and costs $5 to sign up in advance, or $8 the day of the walk. Proceeds go to victim and survivor services. The event is open to all, and water and snacks will be provided. Contact Jaime Schwab at 508-684-8074, ext 104, or email@example.com.
