Emma (Crowell) Carmichael of East Chop died in the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital on Wednesday morning, May 13, 2015. She was 90.
Emma was predeceased by her husband, Jere Malcolm Carmichael, in June of 1981. She was the mother of Lee C. Hunsaker of East Chop and Barnstable and Anne C. Lemenager of East Chop, and grandmother of Peter C. Hunsaker of Berlin, Germany, and Philip M. Hunsaker of East Chop.
A private funeral service will be held this week, and a memorial service will be planned in late July.
