Celebrate equestrian life on the Island this Saturday, May 16, from 12 to 3 pm at the third annual Martha’s Vineyard Horse Council’s Spring Open House at Tracy Olsen’s Woodbe Farm in West Tisbury. Members of the Island’s extensive and passionate equestrian community will share tips, provide information, and showcase their riding and showjumping skills. The free event is sponsored by Martha’s Vineyard Horse Council, a nonprofit group that welcomes new members, riders or not, who want to see Island riders continue to enjoy affordable opportunities to interact with horses.
