Issabel H. Walker, 25, of Vineyard Haven died unexpectedly on Friday, May 29, 2015. She was the daughter of Cynthia S. Walker, and the mother of Jordyn J. Walker-Snowden. Her funeral service was private, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
