Small Independent Schools Arts League
Falmouth Academy students were honored at the Small Independent Schools Arts League (SISAL) 2015 show. This juried competition included work from 17 independent schools throughout the region, and featured 525 individual works. In Painting, Makenzie Luce of Oak Bluffs earned second place for her painting “Glass Jars”; in Fiber Arts, Dylan Kadison of Vineyard Haven earned an honorable mention for his batik “Watershed”; in Photography, Emily McKeon of Edgartown earned an honorable mention for “My Dog Ned.”
