Mary Ann Alwardt of Oak Bluffs died at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015. She was 77.
A visitation will be held for family and friends on Monday, Dec. 28, 6 pm to 8 pm in the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home, Edgartown Road, Oak Bluffs. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Dec. 29, at 11 am in St. Augustine’s Church, Franklin Street, Vineyard Haven. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Pacific Avenue, Oak Bluffs.
Family and friends will gather at the Portuguese-American Club, Vineyard Avenue, Oak Bluffs, following the services. Please bring a dish to share.
