Across Martha’s Vineyard Sunday night, Patriots fans gathered to watch the home team take on the Denver Broncos in the AFC title game. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady arrived in Denver to continue his storied rivalry with Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. but the Patriots fell short by two points at Mile High Stadium as the Broncos quashed a fourth quarter comeback to win 20-18.
If there is one thing Patriots fans and opponents have learned over the years, it is to never count Tom Brady out. Sunday night, Times photographer Sam Moore made the rounds to take the pulse of Island fans during the game.
