Kendra La Dow Frakes of Oak Bluffs died peacefully on April 26, 2016. She was 64 years old.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 4, at 11 am at the Island Inn in Oak Bluffs. A full obituary will appear at a later date.
